Selling Tips

If you are planning to sell your property, your first step should be to establish an estimated selling price - and the best way to do this is to seek the assistance of a trusted real estate agent.

There are a number of things that can affect the price of a home, including location, type and size of the property, demand in your local area and marketing conditions. The preparation you put into getting your property ready for sale can be the difference between getting a market price and getting a great price.

Presentation of your property is a critical factor in achieving the highest possible price. This is similar to detailing a car before you sell it. A neglected property could send out 'warning signals' to prospective buyers.
